SB100 changes the size of a pellet, BB, or slug allowed in air/spring guns to .25 caliber. This means that .22 caliber air guns will be allowed if passed. As of 6/12/19 the Judicial Committee has 3 of 5 "on it's merits" and 0 "favorable" and 0 "unfavorable". This is sponsored by Dave Lawson and seven others. SB100 is on the "ready list' for consideration.

I don't even comprehend this bill. Why was it introduced?? larger caliber air guns might require a different response than was described above.

I’d like to see this bill get passed. A .22 cal pellet is much more effective on small varmints than the .177 pellet.

I have a kids regular BB rifle, that I've had for 50 years. How is it affected by this regulation. Am I now a crimmimiinal?

No. BB and .177 pellets are permitted by the existing and proposed laws.
