UK has many restrictions and licensing requirements, but there is civilian ownership. Just read they have 6 guns per 100 civilians. USA is 101 guns per 100 people.

I wouldn't blame the shooter he was nuts. The government allowed him to have guns & they should all be hanged for allowing this to happen.
