News urinal letter

Just Bill:
Excellent letter in the rag this morning giving details of why all these bill are useless.  Stat's clearly tell that what they propose will make little, if any, difference in the "gun crime" rate.  By the way, there is no "gun crime" problem.  There is a major criminal problem.  I have yet to see a gun commit a crime.  But as I may have hinted, that makes no difference to our elected officials. 

Sorry, computer illiterate to a degree, can't figure out how to copy it without typing it in.
