Title: Kimber Tactical Pro II
Post by: Sigarms12 on March 26, 2009, 08:16:20 PM
Picked  up a Kimber Tactical Pro II the other day and I thought I would share my opinion of it with you. The first time at the range I was a little disappointed with the FTF's about 1 or 2 per magazine. Well after reading on another forum to replace the recoil spring with a Wolff XP recoil spring I ordered one. So I picked up the spring and was shocked its about  1" 1/2" longer then the stock spring. The second time at the range with the new spring I had a total of 4 FTF's and the last 5 Mags ran perfect with no FTF's. Other then that the gun is great not too happy Kimber only gives you one mag but no biggie. This gun is real accurate I was getting 1" groups no problem at 15 feet. Deffinantly a keeper.  ;D

Still having some FTF 3 or 4 out of 100 rds. I've put 400 rds through it and it seems to be finally loosening up.
