Not familiar with Banning Park. Which county are you in. You can bet if it's a Government( Fed. State, County, City) owned park, it's off limits.

Banning Park is New Castle County Owned. New Castle County has an illegal regulation stating "No firearms" in county parks. But according to a lawyer friend of mine it is a unenforceable law.

I CC there whenever walking the dog. Last time was a t-shirt which I knew was printing. No issues.
