New Castle County Superior Court Judge Vivian L. Medinilla has ruled for Cabela's, against the Brady Campaign, for legally selling a firearm.

The good news too is that the Anderson family will be responsible to pay Cabela’s legal fees just like the Colorado family who signed on to a similar Brady lawsuit. The Brady Campaign of course left that family holding the bag for $200,000 when the suit failed.
