Hi,
I have a non resident PA license from York county. . Does this allow me to carry only in York, or throughout all of PA?
Thank you
-
All of Pennsylvania, unless otherwise prohibited.
-
Which location for none resident Pa permit is closer an than Berks County or York County can I obtained the permit in one trip. In and out.
-
Sorry, none closer than Berks for same day. Chester and Lancaster do not issue to non residents. Delaware county is 45 days and you have to make two trips. Berks has downtown courthouse as well as remote locations.

I'll admit I find great humor from those so worried about getting a "same day" Non Resident PA CCW, especially with what DE puts us through, and not even to talk about getting a DE Non Resident CCW (seeing the humor yet?).
I am originally from PA, and got mine Resident CCW in 1985 and held it until I moved into DE, and have had my PA Non Resident since.
Guess it's just me.............

I think it’s because most of these folks are working stiffs that will need to take a day off.

Yes, it's a huge pain, and can be expensive for some (another financial obstacle to our Second Amendment "rights."
I'm lucky I get a couple of weekdays off every 5 weeks (in exchange for working a weekend).

Ok, I find it a small price to pay, especially when knowing what DE puts us through, but whatever.
I work every other weekend at present, and worked EVERY weekend (other then a couple of vacation weekends a year) for 27 years (until 2017), so sorry if I have little sympathy, but again, I guess its just me.....
