I heard on the news (WBOC) that the Delaware Senate will be 9 Republicans and 12 Democrats.  Prepare for an avalanche of anti-gun legislation.

True, but SB209 (DE Code rewrite) and SB210 (DE Code rewrite) as well as SB163 (semi-auto ban) and HB375 (High Capacity Mag ban) will be reactivated to do just that.

I know this is a sticky wicket bringing this up, but if they are so against the second amendment, and since the criminals are the offenders, why not ask, if they are willing to give up the 4th amendment and allow the police to search like NYC allowed the "stop and frisk"? I am not for this, but I'm thinking deflect the anti-2nd amendment argument just to see how they feel about that, then ask about dropping the 5th, 6th 7th and 8th?
