Update 9-19-2019

I had my interview with the MD State Police investigator by the name of Sarah Mastronardi.
The interview took place in Salisbury MD at the state police barracks.
The interview went well with her asking many questions.
General alcohol, drug, questions which I gave negative answers. No issues there.
Did I have a carry pistol, yes naturally since I hold multiple state permits.
Questions continued on why I want a MD permit which I gave her my answers. She approved.
She asked for multiple documents to be sent her which showed that I am in MD often for both business and pleasure.
Also, documents that showed I received income from work I do in MD. (I am a professional Tennis Official)
The interview lasted about an hour.

When I got home I emailed her all the requested documents.

-The wait continues.....

I assume MD does not have that language in their Constitution,  "...….shall not be infringed."  Or they simply ignore it, as the DE legislature would like to do.

This part seems to be key to getting a Maryland permit. The few people I know who were successful in obtaining their permit all had some form of business in the state that involved money. Preferably cash transactions.

10-1 update.

All my references have been called. I got a phone call today from each of them telling me that they received a call from the MD SP asking about my permit request.
They all told me that they gave very positive responses.

Ok, I am now 6 plus weeks into my application.
Any guesses as to when I will finally know? How about a poll?
The wait continues....

Just Bill:
Since it is in MD, I would not take any bets in your favor, but it could happen..  Good Luck!!!
