I'm sure I don't shoot as much as a lot of others here, but I use Winchester FMJ 115gr.

Purdy much anything for range blasting sessions. I prefer S&B 115gr or 124gr rounds but are hard to come by these days. Found them, especially the 115gr, to be quite hot and felt more like a hollow point +P round I carry for defense. Additionally they are the cleanest round I've fired making cleanup easier. Come is the most compact little box of 50 with nice trays as well!

One can also reload to achieve the same. 9mm is simple to do and is a great starting point use getting into reloading.

Reloads with Hornady HAP bullets.  Most brass is good to reload except Tulammo which bulges when lightly crimped resulting in a failure to feed.

I shoot handloads and what ever is on sale. I shot about 400 rounds of Herters 115 grain during a training session I took recently. The cost was $10 per 50. Not a single failure in my G19, though I was hoping for a few failures during my class so I could practice clearing.

I always find ammo on sale, then I would call Chris at Federal Firearms for prices. He is close to the best price, if not lower, and always has Federal ammo in stock at about 11 bucks for 50. Plus or minus. I would rather buy from Chris, plus if you are buying bulk I think he can do better than anyone. I haven't been there for a while and miss talking to him. That alone is worth the dollar more a box you may or may not pay at a box store or online. Federal ammo is the best range ammo in my opinion. He also carries great carry ammo. I'm sure you guys are well aware of this.
