There are a lot of good people in Canada who are probably outraged by this too. Unfortunately they are in the minority. They live in the same situation as residents of Maryland, New York and New Jersey. Delaware is sliding in that direction. There but for the grace of God go us.

Devil's advocate...again. Perhaps it's because he fired when the bad guys were fleeing?? Once he had possession of the firearm, the threat had been removed. Even in America, if you shoot someone in the back leaving your home, you might be in trouble.
