FYI, Delaware has a new application, which appears to be the same one for the initial filing and renewals. It’s very similar to the new PA non-res, so maybe some of the states are looking at model legislation or something.
So, don’t send in the old renewal form that they mailed you within the last three years – or you’ll get it back in the mail, along with a note and a copy of the new application. The DE website has the new application on it.
