I just got a text saying:

 “Call 310-909-8451 (441858XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-Achieveaccountfrozen).

I looked it up and found the following news story from Georgia.  Apparently it’s in our area now.

Both my sons living in the Smyrna area received it too.

Got one of those several weeks ago. Looked valid except the message listed the FIRST five digits of the card rather than the LAST five digits (same as @jstgsn received).  Red Flag!
