Just got a response to the e-mail I sent over.  The current state of the website as it appears is what anyone looking for reciprocity information should refer to.  Anything previously posted by since removed should be discounted.

Those are the words straight from the horse's mouth.

From DE AG’s Website:

"As of September 23, 2017 Delaware will no longer honor Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permits issued by any jurisdiction." (emphasis mine)

This seems to be a growing trend.

Sturm, can you please post the link for the site where you got this language?  When I look at the AG's site (http://attorneygeneral.delaware.gov/criminal/concealedweapons.shtml) I do not see what you quoted.  Thanks.

This was the original posting on the AG site. It has since been removed and replaced.

https://blog.princelaw.com/2017/02/15/delaware-changes-concealed-weapons-agreements-not-for-the-better/

as this and other websites show the AG's office deleted the original post and backpedaled on this issue.

Also worth note, I found out from a number of deputies that the phone number that was listed on the original controversy causing post went to a law clerk not to a deputy or investigator.

Sorry to dig up such an old thread... I know a colleague who is a resident of Pennsylvania. This individual is seeking a Utah or Florida permit to legally carry concealed in our state of Delaware. What's the final word on this matter? The https://blog.princelaw.com/ article is still posted, and the https://attorneygeneral.delaware.gov/ site does not explicitly state one way or another whether Delaware honors both resident and non-resident permits from the 21 reciprocal states.

A PA resident is legal to carry in Delaware with a Utah or Florida permit.

A Delaware resident is not legal to carry on an out of state permit in Delaware.
