State fair clarification

Mrs and I will be heading to the state fair and I've read a few threads here that say it's posted as no firearms but legal to carry. The sticky has it listed in red which indicates that we are actually legally restricted from carrying. Anyone know what the actual status is?

Sorry, can't help you. Lived in Delaware for over 50 years and seldom go to the State Fair. Haven't been in the last 10 years so I don't run into the problem of, to carry or not to carry.
