HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE BAN IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL

A US Federal court judge ruled that banning high capacity magazines (magazines holding more than 10 rounds) is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. So than is good news for us in Delaware also as a basis for a coming push to ban HCM's here, and you know DEMORATS are going to try to do it.

It will be appealed, you can bet on that.  That would apply to all the other states with such nonsense laws.

Yeah, Let them appeal this to the Conservative Majority US Supreme Court. Could be just the thing we need.

If they approve the magazine ban or semi auto ban in Delaware, our state constitution should protect us.  Any honest judge will not allow anything legal in 1987 ( the year article 20 came into effect) to be banned.  That is any unbiased or honest judge.

Dont want it to be settled at the SCOTUS.  Want it settled in our favor BEFORE that.
If Trump could get 1 more there, I'd feel better.

Hopefully in the next 4-5 years Trump will be able to appoint 1 or 2 more conservative SCOTUS judges. Hope fully at lease one Liberal Justice will retire. Possibly one will die. If this happens, and he appoints the right replacements, this could affect the USA positively for the next 20 years or more.
